i got a company tonight when taking a walk, a cat~
little thing kinda interrupted me in thinking and changed my moods.

my headache remained to this afternoon, but occasionally i could still feel it.
legs edema, and my neck and thyroid still hurts, having problem in swallowing.
also i cried too much yesterday, got my eyes blurry and puffy.
my period comes this afternoon too.
so i skip the training today, cuz i am uncomfortable and pretty weak.
my heart palpitation is almost about to bout, i could feel it like one or two times and then gone, one of the reason makes me quite unwell and exhausted.
and we had massive energies downloading in past two days, could be another reason causes me unwell.
so far.

Dear President of the Student Union,
I’m Li Hua, a sophomore at our university. Seeing thenotice about collecting advice on enriching extracurricular activities, I have no hesitation in writing this letter to make some suggestions.
First of all, besides the annual large-scale sports meet,the Student Union can also organize some sports activities for fun, such as swimming, rope skipping and all kinds of ball games, which can not only strengthen our constitutions, but also lighten our moods and relieve our pressure. Secondly, with the aim of cultivating our sense of social responsibility, the Student Union can arrange some social volunteer activities, like donating books to children in rural areas and visiting the elderly in nursing homes. Finally, offering various lectures to students is also a good way to enrich our extracurricular activities, since what we university students learn from the textbooks is much limited while lectures can expand our knowledge and broaden our horizons.
With these diversified extracurricular activities beingheld, life at university, I believe, will be more colorful and unforgettable. Therefore,I would appreciate it if my suggestions could be taken into consideration.
