【园艺学院采后生物学研究团队揭示泛素化修饰调控香蕉高温青皮熟的新机制】
近日,我校园艺学院/广东省果蔬保鲜重点实验室陈建业和陆旺金教授团队在Plant Physiology发表了题为“E3 ligase MaNIP1 degradation of NON-YELLOW COLORING1 at high temperature inhibits banana degreening”的论文,发现一个由E3泛素连接酶MaNIP1和叶绿素降解酶MaNYC1构成的调控香蕉果实青皮熟的作用模块。
我校园艺学院2020级硕士研究生罗琪为论文的第一作者,单伟副教授和邝健飞研究员为论文的通讯作者,课题组博士后卫玮、杨滢滢和吴超杰,以及陈建业教授和陆旺金教授参与了相关工作。本研究得到了国家重点研发计划(2022YFD2100100)、国家自然科学基金(32072279)、国家香蕉现代农业产业技术体系(CARS-31)和华南农业大学提质增效项目的资助。
