上次去ashland是2020年11月,正值疫情严重的时候,大部分餐馆要么关门要么不开放堂食,好处是很便宜的住进历史悠久的温泉酒店,缺点是除了散步和住宿外,基本上没其他体验。这次有机会吃Alchemy Restaurant and Bar,鹅肝、羊肚菌、鱿鱼、油封鸭腿,每道菜从名字上来看无比熟悉,但吃起来,不论在flavor还是texture上都充满惊喜
